Adelaide Wellbeing

After training as a Fitter and Turner in England, I moved to Australia where I qualified as a teacher and counsellor. Multiple Sclerosis ended this part of my life and began my struggle with beating the disease. After five years I was able to get out of the wheelchair with the help of a simple dietary regimen. It was then that I was introduced to light therapy by Lyn Doole who took me from simply surviving with MS to being able to live a life with it. She then inspired me to go on to become a certified Samassati Light Therapy practitioner. Additionally, through light, I have also returned to part time teaching. My interests are golf, painting, playing guitar and being a husband, dad and grandpa and simply enjoying life while exploring further the uses and benefits of colour light in maintaining wellness.
